Autumn’s Harvest in Watercolors (Watercolors II Level)

Oodles of Asian Noodles

Noodles are a fast food that are easy to cook and irresistible to many. Asian cuisine offers so many different types of noodles that the choices can be overwhelming. In this class, Chef Johnson will show how to use soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles), rice vermicelli, and mung bean noodles in fresh and delicious new ways.
